  The 1 star should actually be 1/2 star!
  I don't know who hires your staff for kitchen and kitchen counter but very incompetent!!
  My husband went in placed order for chicken livers and said he would be back 1/2 hour....he came back only to have them just being started!! Then I got home to have GIZZARDS NOT LIVERS!!!
  This has happened to us TWICE!!
  When I called and confronted Rachel she tried to say did not remember someone ordering.....it's who my husband talked to and
  not I'm sorry or anything....asked if they knew difference between livers and gizzards and she said "would hope so". Unbelievable....Becks....think you better train your staff on many areas.....getting orders correct and especially CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SATISFACTION!!! K Hunt, Princeton
