  Beth Mulcahy should be ashamed of her dishonesty!
  She tried selling a home at 720 S. East St. Earlville, IL that they are not disclosing serious issues with.
  Both sellers and realtors know that this home has a leaking fuel oil tank in the crawl space, but didn’t reveal this information to out of state buyers.
  They all claimed they were unaware of the issue, yet a pungent smell of fuel oil hits you the second the door to the home is opened!
  Sellers are trying to hide this by placing aluminum siding pieces around the tank and covering that with fresh clean pea gravel. Once siding was lifted off of the area, the dirt around there is oily black and completely saturated with fuel oil!
  Homes are condemned for this, yet this one was almost sold sight unseen to a trusting buyer!
  According to others who viewed this home or attended open house there, sellers, who live in their RV rather than in the home, opened all of the windows and doors, burned candles and claimed the smell is coming from freshly laid carpeting.
  Also, home is a direct neighbor to a small auto repair shop where a burn barrel sets just feet away and they burn horrible smelly items almost daily!
  Buyers naturally backed out of deal, but this realtor made getting their earnest money back unnecessarily difficult! This home was listed as a “new listing” in less than an hour after buyer backed out.
  Now the buyers are having to live in an area hotel, paying an insane amount of money, all due to the dishonesty of people you should be able to trust...especially at their high commission rates that they do nothing to earn!
  Do NOT trust this realtor as she was caught in a number of untruths!
